Winner: Best Academic Institution of the Year Award, 2012

As a result of the support from Schools of Sinkunia, as well as Sheiku’s commitment and valued volunteer work with the schools, the Senior Secondary School attained the highest position among all the schools in the whole country. The result is that all 44 pupils (31 boys and 13 girls) took the Basic Education Certificate Examination and all 44 pupils passed with very good grades and no failures. Sinkunia Secondary School won The Best Academic Institution of the Year 2012 Award organised by AWOL (All Works of Life Development Association). The National Achievement Awards is an annual event undertaken by AWOL to honour deserving individuals and organisations who are contributing their talents for the enhancement of the common good.
